We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Conditions
To accept a return, garments must be unworn, unwashed, with their original tags, and in their original packaging. We accept returns of all our items provided they are in these conditions.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error in the order.
How to return
- Write to us at contacto@vezza.es indicating your order number.
- We will send you the instructions and return address.
- Once the garment has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Defective products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all return and replacement costs. All our products come with the legal guarantee provided by current regulations.
